House Rules:

No Smoking:

If you plan on smoking, smoke outside the apartment, and please clean up any litter. $500 fee to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air with a carbon filter to de-smoke if anyone smokes inside or to pick up your cigarette butts outside. And yes, this includes marijuana and vaping!

Checking Out:

Please be respectful of this time and our cleaners’ schedule. Our apartment is often booked with a same-day turn-around, where one guest leaves in the morning and another arrives in the afternoon, making early arrivals or late departures not always possible.

If you need extended hours, there is a $20 per hour fee for our cleaner to change her schedule, and she isn’t always able to accommodate, so please book your stay knowing our check-out time is 10:00am.

Expectations:
  • Placing all dirty towels in the bathtub in the bathroom. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
  • Put all trash in a trash can, and don’t leave any lingering trash on counters or floors.
    • Throw your leftovers away. Our cleaners do not need your extras! However, we do leave seasonings and condiments for the next guest. If you wouldn’t want to use it, throw it away. Unopened packages will be left for future guests.
